Information we collect

We collect information you give us directly:

• Your email address, to create your account and send your sign-in code
• Your name and message, if you use the Contact form or ask to join the community
• Your chosen challenge level and habits, to run the app
• Purchase details processed by our payment provider, Polar (see "Payments" below)
• A push notification subscription, only if you opt in to reminders on an installed device

We also automatically receive standard technical information (like IP address and browser type) through our hosting provider's server logs.

How we use it

• To create and secure your account, and email you a sign-in code
• To run the 75 Challenge app: save your habits, streaks, and progress
• To send reminders and updates you've asked for (email or push)
• To respond to messages sent through the Contact or community forms
• To process payment for lifetime access to the app, via Polar

We do not sell your personal information.

Payments

Payments are handled by Polar, our merchant of record. Polar processes your payment details directly — we never see or store your full card number. Polar shares your email and order details with us so we can grant you access to the app.

Who we share it with

We use a small number of service providers to run Peak Glow Club, each only with the information they need to do their job:

• Supabase — hosts our database and handles sign-in
• Polar — processes payments as our merchant of record
• Resend — sends transactional email (reminders, sign-in codes)
• Vercel — hosts this website and the app

We don't share your information with advertisers or data brokers.

Cookies and local storage

We use a functional session cookie to keep you signed in, and local browser storage to remember small preferences (like whether you've dismissed a prompt before). We don't use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your information at any time by reaching out through our Contact page. You can also unsubscribe from reminder emails at any time using the link in that email, or turn off push notifications in your device settings.

Children

Peak Glow Club is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

Changes to this policy

If we make material changes to this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
