These terms govern your use of Peak Glow Club and the 75 Challenge app ("Service"). By creating an account or making a purchase, you agree to them.
The Service
The 75 Challenge is a 75-day habit-tracking app. You choose a level (Soft, Medium, Hard, or Custom) and up to 5 daily habits, then check in each day to build your streak. Access is unlocked with a one-time payment — there is no subscription and no recurring charge.
Accounts and sign-in
There are no passwords. We email you a one-time code to sign in, tied to the email address you purchased with. Keep access to that inbox secure — anyone with your sign-in code can access your account.
Payment and refunds
Payments are processed by Polar, our merchant of record, in accordance with their own terms. The current founding price and what it includes are shown on the checkout page at the time of purchase.
This is a one-time purchase for lifetime access, not a subscription, and it is non-refundable. If something isn't working as expected, contact us and we'll work with you to make it right.
Acceptable use
Please don't:
- Share your account access or resell it to others
- Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or abuse the Service
- Use the Service for anything unlawful or harmful to others
Your content
The habits, notes, and progress photos you add stay yours. You give us permission to store and display them back to you within the app, and nowhere else, unless you choose to share them (for example, a shareable completion badge you generate yourself).
Not medical advice
Peak Glow Club is a habit tracker, not a medical, nutritional, or fitness professional. Talk to a qualified professional before starting any new exercise or nutrition routine, especially the Hard level or any custom habits you build yourself.
Availability and changes
We may update, change, or discontinue parts of the Service, and may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
Limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, Peak Glow Club is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the Service.
